The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable atmosphere. The beds were cozy, allowing for a good night's sleep. I appreciated the separate living area, which offered additional space for relaxation. The temperature control was effective, keeping the room at a pleasant level. there was some noise from the hallway that occasionally disrupted the peace. The refrigerator and microwave had issues, but maintenance addressed them promptly. the amenities catered well to families, with plenty of towels and toiletries available.

The breakfast was good and the gentleman making the omelette was extremely pleasant. Miss Janet in the breakfast area went to the back to get me decaf coffee and then came around later to ask me if I needed a refill.

Why don’t they have decaf along with regular coffee in the breakfast buffet ? I can’t be the only person in the world that drinks decaf ! Our room only had one coffee cup but a coffee maker for two !

The room was a disaster—nail clippings on the floor, sticky blow dryer, and a tub that drained like molasses. I couldn’t believe I paid nearly $200 for such a shabby place. Seriously, it was beyond disappointing.

The complimentary breakfast and manager's reception were highlights of my visit. Despite some issues like parking fees and outdated elements in the room, the friendly and helpful staff made my stay enjoyable. The bed was comfortable, and overall, I had a decent experience during my short visit.

Everything was simply great. The staff were efficient and amicable, they offered a great service. The pool was nice, views were stunningly beautiful, and its parking was free. Easy access to Columbia Metropolitan airport, which was about 25 minutes' drive away.

A mixed bag of experiences. The corner suite we requested was a pleasant surprise. Staff was friendly, and breakfast met expectations. check-in left much to be desired. The hotel undeniably needs renovations. Rooms felt outdated, had lingering odors, and the shower was below standard. On top of that, the bar experience was lackluster, with unhelpful staff. While the positives exist, the negatives must be addressed to meet the brand's usual standards. This hotel has potential, but only with significant improvements.

Air conbdition is over the bed and very nosiy. Clean carpets in rooms are problem and smell is appropriate them. No fresh air in room. Windows are blocked.

Overall, my family and I had a pleasant stay at Embassy Suites. The spacious rooms and excellent breakfast were definite highlights. However, we encountered issues with cleanliness and rude staff. The hotel's outdated feel and unpleasant odors were disappointing, but the proximity to Riverbanks Zoo was convenient. The service from staff members Jaleesa and Timothy was a bright spot amidst some disappointing experiences.
